Courtney Sanders founded Sanders Law, PLLC to give everyday Mississippians the same fierce, high-quality legal representation that was once reserved for those who could afford it. She built her practice on a simple belief: when someone wrongs you, you deserve an attorney who will fight — not settle.
Courtney represents individuals and families in personal injury, civil rights, and wrongful death cases across Mississippi. Her civil rights practice focuses on some of the most serious cases in the state — deaths and injuries inside Mississippi's private prison system, where accountability is hard to find and families are often left without answers.
Before founding Sanders Law, Courtney honed her litigation skills across a range of complex civil matters. She brings that same tenacity to every case she takes — whether it's a car accident, a workplace injury, or a family fighting for justice after losing a loved one in a private prison.
